All GATTÙCI purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or failure to review product details before purchase. Exceptions may apply where an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description provided. In such cases, customers must contact GATTÙCI within 12 hours of delivery, providing their order number, clear photographs of the item, and a description of the issue. Where a claim is verified, GATTÙCI may, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements, offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Each GATTÙCI design is created from delicate, carefully selected materials and requires considered care to preserve its finish, silhouette, and detailing. We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store each piece away from direct sunlight and avoid contact with perfumes, oils, and abrasive surfaces.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included at checkout and are payable upon delivery.

Do you require signature on delivery?

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERY Signature Required Delivery is an optional shipping service that requires the recipient to sign for the package upon delivery. Where available through carriers such as DHL, this service provides an additional layer of security by ensuring that the order is delivered directly to someone at the specified delivery address. During checkout, available shipping options will be displayed. If you would like your order to require a signature upon arrival, select Signature Required Delivery. If this option is not selected, the carrier may deliver the package without obtaining a signature and may leave it at the delivery address, mailbox, or another location at its discretion. Tracking information will still be provided; however, deliveries made without a signature may carry a greater risk of loss, theft, or damage. GATTÙCI is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers who require additional delivery security are encouraged to select Signature Required Delivery during checkout.

ORDER DISPATCH Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES Standard Shipping 7–10 business days in transit, for an estimated total delivery timeframe of approximately 17 business days from the date your order is placed. Express Shipping 3–5 business days in transit, for an estimated total delivery timeframe of approximately 12–15 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control. PRE-ORDER ITEMS Pre-order pieces require up to 14 business days before shipment. Estimated total delivery time: Standard Shipping: approximately 1–1.5 months Express Shipping: approximately 1 month IMPORTANT INFORMATION GATTÙCI is unable to guarantee requested delivery dates for orders shipped via Standard Shipping. Due to exceptionally high demand, the Hand-Embroidered “JAGUAR” Dress currently requires an extended timeframe of up to 14 business days before shipment.
