Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Made-to-measure pieces require up to 14 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Complimentary Basic shipping is offered on all orders over $1,000.

Gattùci ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included at checkout and are payable upon delivery.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items deemed unfit or unwanted by the customer.

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact our atelier within 48 hours of receipt so we may assist you.
